HammondCare is seeking a Senior Scheduler to provide scheduling services for Hammond Home Care across the Northern Sydney and Beaches teams. You will efficiently manage and administer client and staff rosters, with a minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
Develop and dispatch forecasted rosters, act as the primary contact for schedule changes, collaborate with Care Team Leaders to fill workforce gaps, and monitor scheduling KPIs to ensure high-quality care and efficiency.
