About the Role

As a Spray Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint finishes on a variety of vehicles, ensuring all work meets industry standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting (sanding, masking, priming)
Colour match and mix paints accurately
Apply paint finishes using spray equipment
Carry out touch-ups and final detailing
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work efficiently to meet job deadlines and productivity targets





Skills & Experience
Proven experience as an automotive spray painter
Trade qualification (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of paint systems and application techniques
Good time management and organisational skills
