What You’ll Do:
Greet clients and visitors with a friendly smile
Manage incoming calls and enquiries
Support our sales and property management teams
Maintain a skilled and organised area
Handle administrative tasks and correspondence




Assisting with diary management, appointments and meeting preparation
Assisting with marketing materials, brochures and online listings

What You Need:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in reception, admin or real estate (preferred but not essential)
A polished appearance and professional demeanor
