What You'll Be Doing
·Taking inbound sales callsfrom people already seeking solutions.
· Callingfresh digital enquirieswithin minutes of landing — urgency = success.
· Speaking withexisting customersandreferral leads(OTs, carers, families).
· Running astructured discovery and pitchusing our high-converting sales script.
· Matching health or mobility needs to theright Sophie Bed solution.
·Managing your entire pipeline in Zoho CRM— tasks, notes, and appointments.
·Following up like a proto convert bookings, re-engage callbacks, and close.
· Respecting time zones, deduping leads, and updating data fast and clean.
Who We're Looking For
A robust outbound-style closerwho thrives in a structured sales environment.
Confidently keeping customers on the phone for a full-value pitch,



not just a price drop.
CRM-savvy, disciplined with follow-ups, tasks, and lead management (Zoho experience a plus).
Ateam player who can work independently, takes initiative, and respects the process.
Trainable, coachable, and happy to use a sales script — because it works.
Positive, professional phone presence with a genuine desire to help older Australians improve comfort and independence at home.
