About You
Ability to lead a dedicated team of maintenance and grounds staff in overseeing facilities which enhance student engagement, achievement, faith and wellbeing.
Ability to monitor and manage budgets
Ability to develop and implement long-term facilities plans
Experience in Property management (school-specific experience desired)
Experience in compliance with all relevant legislation, code and policies
