We are seeking a Premium Sales Consultant to step into a warm seat with an established database of high-quality regional-Sydney leads.
This role will focus on driving direct-to-consumer sales, utilizing a high-touch, face-to-face approach to deliver a bespoke, consultative experience for discerning homeowners.
This role could suit either a driven, up-and-coming talent or an experienced sales professional looking to excel.
The Role
This role will execute our high-touch B2C go-to-market strategy across Sydney, developing premium consumer relationships from initial inquiry through to design and final commitment.
You will own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring that every interaction reflects the performance, reliability, and precision engineering of our premium offering.
Ultimately, this role will serve as the trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring a flawless experience that sets the benchmark for residential energy products and services.
The main tasks in this role are:
Become an expertin Empower's products and services, articulating the long-term economic, technical, and lifestyle value of the ElektroBank 14 hardware and EmpowerIQ software to premium residential buyers.
Execute a High-Touch Sales Processthat guides homeowners through a tailored, educational, and consultative evaluation of their energy needs.
Identify, educate, and convertinbound and self-generated high-value residential leads, managing premium residential projects from custom consultation through to final close.




Responsible for all aspects of successfully closingbespoke residential deals, creating tailored proposals that maximize client confidence and achieve premium sales targets.
Coordinate project deliveryfor your clients, working collaboratively with our fulfillment, installation and engineering teams to ensure execution matches the high-end sales promise.
Responsible for customer experience and satisfaction levels, via systematic follow-ups and check-ins, and nurturing long-term client relationships to drive our already thriving referral channel.
Support the Sales and Marketing Strategy, providing critical direct to consumer market insights to continually refine our approach to the Sydney premium consumer segment.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven track record in premium B2C sales, with demonstrated success managing complex, long-cycle consumer decisions and utilizing a high-touch sales methodology.
Be a self-starterwho can manage and drive a low-volume, high-value consumer pipeline with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience working in the solar, batterystorage, smart home tech, architectural building products, or premium consumer spaces.
Ability to build deep trust and strong relationshipswith discerning homeowners and premium residential stakeholders.
Impeccable interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communicationskills, with the ability to translate technical specifications into compelling lifestyle and financial benefits.
Bachelor's degreein Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Current SAA accreditationor experience in Grid-Connected Solar and Battery Design (GCPV & GCBS) is highly regarded.
