Proven Store Manager from an internationally recognised luxury fashion, accessories, jewellery or watch brand
Experience leading teams of20+ employeeswithin a luxury boutique
Exceptional people leader with a strong track record of developing high-performing teams
Commercially driven with a history of delivering outstanding results
Highly skilled in clienteling and building long-term relationships with VIP clientele
Australian luxury retail experience is essential
