This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Level 3 Systems Engineer looking to lead the delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects from design through implementation.
The role combines hands-on project delivery with client-facing responsibilities, while serving as the highest point of technical escalation within the Professional Services team.
Responsibilities:
Lead end to end infrastructure and cloud projects.
Design, implement and document enterprise solutions.
Deliver Microsoft and virtualization projects.
Provide Level 3 technical escalation support when required.
Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge.
Work directly with clients throughout project delivery.
Produce clear technical documentation and handovers.




Attend client sites across Sydney when required.

5+ years' MSP experience.
Strong Level 3 Infrastructure Engineering background.
Experience delivering projects independently.
Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Confident communicating with customers.
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Current Australian Driver's License.
