We are seeking motivated Assistant's in Nursing to join our dedicated and high performing team at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital.
As the Assistant in Nursing, you will:
Deliver person-centred, evidence-based care in accordance with relevant standards and legislation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Engage in continuous quality improvement activities and contribute to a culture of safety and learning.

About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Certificate lll in Health Services Assistance (Acute Care) or one year completion of Undergraduate Registered Nursing or Midwifery degree.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and respond flexibly to changing clinical priorities.
A commitment to cultural safety and continuous professional development.

Requirements
This is a NSW Health Category A position which requires immunisation and screening for certain diseases.
Full list of requirements: outlined in the NSW Health OASV Policy (Page 11).
You will be required to complete the OASV Undertaking- Declaration Form and TB Assessment Tool during the recruitment process.
