We're seeking
Senior HR Advisor
to join Our Clients Brisbane Office, supporting a large mining operation with practical HR advice, hands‐on support, and room to grow.
This role requires regular travel to and from their sites in North Queensland and is a great career opportunity!
You'll work closely with the Wider
HR Team and Onsite Employees.

What you'll be doing:
Provide day‐to‐day HR support to supervisors and team leads
Support and coordinate investigations,



performance processes, and compliance matters
Help drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
Maintain HR documentation and assist with reporting/metrics
Support employee engagement and people systems improvement
Liaise with corporate HR and Talent teams for alignment
Support Site Management with HR Advice and Support
What we're looking for:
Previous HR experience in mining or heavy industry environments
Comfortable working onsite and independently when needed
Understanding of award interpretation and Fair Work obligations
Strong understanding of Employee Relations & HR functions
Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
