Extreme Tilers Pty Ltdis looking for an experiencedPart-Time Bookkeeperto join our growing team.
This hybrid role offers approximately 3 days per week with adaptable (with the potential for more), school-friendly hours, making it an ideal opportunity for someone seeking a great work-life balance.
The successful applicant will play a key role in managing the company's day-to-day financial operations and must have strong experience using Xero.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Payroll processing
BAS preparation and lodgement
Maintaining the general ledger and financial records
Assisting with month-end reportingMonitored fired
Liaising with our external accountant
General bookkeeping and financial administration
Proven bookkeeping experience (minimum 3 years preferred)
Advanced working knowledge of Xero




Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in the construction industry
Knowledge of payroll compliance and Superannuation
Experience with job costing or project-based businesses
