HOYTS Group in Australia and Recent Zealand seeks a hands-on Premium Experiences Manager.
You'll own menu development, service standards, promotions and operational execution across the national circuit, working closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance and suppliers.
This largely site-based role is about visiting cinemas, lifting guest experience, driving revenue and profitability, and delivering initiatives on time while maintaining compliance and high food-safety standards.
