About the Role
Working from shop drawings and production plans, you will assist in the manufacture and assembly of cabinetry, ensuring all work meets our quality standards, client expectations and project deadlines.
What You'll Be Doing
Assemble and manufacture cabinetry and joinery components
Read and interpret workshop drawings
Use hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery safely
Conduct quality checks and maintain high workmanship standards
Maintain a safe, clean and organised workshop
Work collaboratively with the production, procurement and dispatch teams
What We're Looking For
Cabinet making, joinery or assembly experience is a must
Robust attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
