Our client, a leader in the transport and logistics industry, is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry / Administration Clerks to join their busy operations team based in Eastern Creek/Huntingwood. These positions have become available to assist with a significant project and offer immediate starts for suitable candidates.

Available Shifts
Early Morning Shift: 4:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Afternoon Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Pay Rate
$37.50 per hour
Applicable shift allowances
Overtime available where required and paid accordingly

Key Responsibilities
Accurate and effective data entry
Building and preparing transport manifests
Entering and updating information in Excel spreadsheets
Processing transport and logistics documentation
Maintaining accurate records and databases
General administrative support as required




Ensuring all data is entered in a timely and accurate manner

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent keyboard and data entry skills
Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong organisational and time management skills
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic
Previous administration, data entry, or transport industry experience will be highly regarded
experience working in a fast paced environment essential
