In this position, you'll act as a central point of contact for customers while partnering closely with sales, operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure service excellence at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end order process, including order entry, invoicing, and credit requests
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to track orders and coordinate deliveries
Investigate and resolve customer concerns, ensuring timely and positive outcomes
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance team processes and customer satisfaction

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Experience in a customer-facing administrative, customer service, or order management role




Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer care
Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage competing priorities
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and business systems
Experience with ERP or order management software will be advantageous
A collaborative approach and a willingness to support team success
