Alcoa seeks an Operations Superintendent to lead mine operations at Huntly in Western Australia.
You will manage 12-hour shifts, coach supervisors and crews, and coordinate contractors to optimise safety, environmental controls, costs, quality and production efficiency.
A relevant degree and leadership experience are preferred, with Schedule 26 accreditation supported by the company.
You will report to the Huntly Production Manager and drive continuous improvement across site operations,
