Connect CWS is a residential care provider that has been built from the ground up, by Youth Workers, for Youth Workers. With this in mind, our people are our focus and our placements are designed to create a home-like environment for the young people in our care. About The Role:
You will be responsible for coordinating and participating in multi-agency groups
You will provide a high level of professionalism when working with our stakeholders.
You will be working as a part of our leadership team including other team leaders, and report directly to your Service Manager.
You will facilitate Team meetings and supervision.





About You:

Our ideal candidate would have:
Minimum Diploma related qualification or significant industry experience with a cert IV qualification
An interest in working within a agile and growing team of Youth Workers and Team Leaders
The ability to provide quality support and supervision to our team of Youth Workers so that they, in turn, can provide therapeutic care to our young people.
Experience as a Case Manager or Team Leader.
A robust focus on organisation and structure within a Residential Service, developing and supporting a team to implement therapeutic care for our Young People.
A sense of humour and a team-first attitude towards working together.
You must be a dedicated skilled who combines a nurturing, empathetic approach with evidence-based interventions to ensure the highest standards of care for children

Ideally

you'll be TCI trained and must have a minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role in the out of home care sector . Our kids deserve the best of us!
