We provide solutions for equipment development for Medical, Industrial controls and Military applications. We have been in operation for over 25 years. We have a full manufacturing capability in house, including, P&P;, Reflow Oven, Vacuum Vapor Phase, Automated Optical Inspection, flying probe and X-RAY. Position Available:

We are seeking a detail-oriented AOI Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies using automated optical inspection equipment to ensure products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor AOI machine to inspect PCBs
Identify defects such as solder bridging, tombstoning, missing or misaligned components
Review and verify AOI results, including false calls




Report defects and work with production staff to resolve issues
Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures

Skills & Experience:
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret inspection results and follow technical procedures
Basic computer skills for operating inspection software
Positive communication and teamwork skills
Minimum 3 years' experience in electronics
Identifying parts with polarity, without polarity and symmetric parts
Creating main PCB image, reference points and settings
Experience with PCBA and component recognition
Accreditation to IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 will be highly regarded.
Work to Quality assurance standards - ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100
Experience with running of the AOI machine and programming
Training for programming will be provided.
All training requirements will be given to the successful applicant.
The position is open for an immediate start on a full time basis.
