Teski Cleaning is a fast-growing, multi-state commercial cleaning company servicing premium clients across Australia. We are building a high-performance team in Queensland and are seeking a driven, organised and accountable Client Services Manager (CSM) to lead service delivery across our QLD portfolio.

This is not a desk-based admin role.
This is an operational leadership position.

About the Role

As our QLD Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts
Overseeing cleaner performance
Conducting regular site inspections and quality audits
Managing rostering and service coverage
Handling client communication and relationship management
Identifying operational efficiencies and margin improvements
Managing stock ordering and equipment oversight
Resolving issues quickly and professionally
Ensuring compliance with safety and contractual obligations

You will be the face of Teski Cleaning in QLD.

What We're Looking For

We are not looking for someone who waits to be told what to do.

We're looking for someone who:




Has experience in commercial cleaning, facilities management, or similar
Is confident managing performance issues
Understands rostering, labour costs and service delivery
Communicates professionally with property managers and corporate clients
Is organised, structured and detail-oriented
Is solution-focused and commercially aware
Can work independently and take ownership

Experience with commercial property portfolios (offices, medical, industrial, retail) is highly regarded.
