We are currently looking for
Handyperson/Gardeners
who are passionate, hands-on and are guest focused
About The Role:
Deliver exceptionalpresentation of the gardens & grounds across the property.
Knowledge of modern techniques inLawn mowing and edging, pruning trees and shrubs, fertilising, planting, turfing, pest and disease control,
Perform day-to-day general maintenance duties within the hotel rooms and public areas
Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency calls
Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in proper condition
Make recommendations for the property and assist with the long-term planning and development of the complex.
About You:
Positive and optimistic attitude - "we can do anything" approach
Experience with fixing day to day things - lights, taps, painting etc




Logical approach to problem solving
Ability to coordinate contractors to get productive results
Ability to understand what the customer sees - and ensure our property is always kept to the highest standard
Ability to work with teams, and communicate clearly and in time
Knowledge of a trade beneficial
Knowledge of relevant legislation, standards and codes of practice highly regarded
Strong communication skills
Supervisory experience of maintenance activities in a fast-moving lean environment
Hands on role with a solid understanding, ideally experience in hotels
