NCN Health is seeking an Activity Assistant to join the Community Health and Wellbeing team across NCN Health sites in Victoria.
The role is part time (0.2 EFT, 16 hours per fortnight) with an hourly rate of AU$******* to AU$******* plus 12% superannuation.
You will support aged care and disability programs, assist with group activities, coordinate transport when required, and help maintain client records and care plans.
