About the role:
The Melbourne Clinic is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our consulting suites team for an immediate start You will join a friendly team of professionals who pride themselves on offering outstanding service and high- quality care to all patients.

Key responsibilities:
Support doctors with day-to-day administrative tasks
Manage phone and email enquiries with a friendly and professional manner
Bill patients and process Medicare claims
Maintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical records
Liaise with different departments within the hospital, other GP clinics and hospitals
Experience (2-3 years)
in healthcare with exceptional customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Be able to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment
Exceptional computer skills - MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Zedmed experience (desired)
