About The Company
Our client is a growing civil construction business delivering projects across Queensland in road surfacing, civil construction, transport and logistics.
About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to support the end-to-end coordination of tender submissions, from initial release through to final lodgement — keeping submissions on track, maintaining document quality, and helping the business present clear and competitive proposals.
Reporting directly to the
Pre-Contracts Manager
, some of your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating tender and bid submissions from release to final submission
Gathering and consolidating information from internal stakeholders
Preparing,



formatting and compiling proposal documents and supporting material
Reviewing submissions for accuracy, completeness and compliance
Maintaining tender registers, submission schedules and bid trackers
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in a Bid Coordinator, Bid Administrator, Estimating or similar role
High level Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong written communication and document formatting skills
Excellent attention to detail and robust organisational and time management skills
A current driver's licence
