MacKillop Family Services seeks a Family Disability Practitioner in Footscray to provide intensive, tailored support to families with children who have complex disability needs.
You will collaborate with parents to strengthen family capacity and ensure sustainable care arrangements, aiming to keep children safely with their families where possible.
This fixed-term, part time role (2 days per week) reports to the Regional Parenting Services coordinator within our Western Regional Parenting
