The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who are:
Eager to build meaningful relationships with students, especially those who are disengaged or at risk of disengaging from school.
Creative in supporting teaching literacy and/or numeracy to students who are academically behind.
Interested in trauma‐informed practice and techniques (training provided).
Flexible in the delivery of student support.
Highly Regarded Qualifications
Candidates with the following will be highly regarded:
Experience working with students with specific learning disabilities or communication disorders.
LR/MR license and ability to drive a bus.
Awareness of Big Picture Learning Australia.
