About the role
We are currently looking for an Auto Electrician to join our Maintenance team.
In this role, you will provide auto electrical support across both our underground and surface workshops, performing breakdown and preventative maintenance on mobile equipment.
Roster:
7/7, 12 hours per day (Day/night)
Location:
Peak Mine, Cobar NSW

enjoy a balanced roster and the prospect to settle into the family-friendly township of Cobar.
Relocation support is available, along with a residential allowance

Qualifications and experience
Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology
Certificate II in Automotive Air Conditioning Technology (desirable)
Prior experience in underground hard rock mining environments
Hands‐on experience with:
Sandvik DD421 Jumbo & DL421 Longhole
Epiroc MT65 Truck
CAT R****G, 980, 950
Normet ****B, ****, AGI, shotcrete




Volvo/CAT ancillary equipment
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across electrical and hydraulic systems
Current "C" Class Driver's Licence
