Portfolio size will be appropriately allocated depending property management experience.




Day in the life:
Manage a small portfolio of residential properties withexistingstrong landlord relationships.
Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractorsregardinginspections, maintenance, and property updates.
Conducting routine inspections asrequired.
Assistingwith maintenance coordination and compliance requirements
Supporting rental arrears management, including arrears follow-ups and documentation.
Providing administrative support, reporting, and portfolio coverage asrequired.
Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
Whatyou will bring to the table:
At least 12 months' experienceinLeasing, Property Management or even Administrationwithin the Real Estate industry.
A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and a valid Driver's License.
Agenuine desire to build a career in Property Management.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
A proactive attitude, ability to manage competing priorities.
