About the Role
Ridgewood Powder Coating is currently seeking reliable and hardworkingGeneral Labourers and Sandblastersto join our growing teams at ourNarangba and Brendale facilities.
These are hands‐on roles in a busy manufacturing environment, supporting powder coating operations from start to finish.
Whether you have experience or are looking to start a career in the industry, we provide training for the right people who are eager to learn.
Your Responsibilities
Hanging and preparing products for powder coating
Sandblasting and surface preparation
Wrapping, packing and preparing completed orders for dispatch
Loading and unloading materials
Assisting powder coaters and production staff
General factory and workshop duties
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work setting
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in manufacturing, powder coating, sandblasting or a similar industry is advantageous but not essential
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
Forklift licence is an advantage (but not essential)
