How You Will Contribute
Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
Attract,engageandretaintalent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of yourconcessionstore and the Group
Activelymaintaina safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
Build andmaintaineffective relationships with key stakeholdersand concession partners, floor managers
