Manildra Group is seeking a Test Baker at our Manildra site to join the R&D; driven bakery team.
You will develop, test and refine our flour and bakery products across bread and cake applications, working closely with the R&D; team to bring recipes to life and ensure real-world performance.
This hands-on role requires accurate data recording, collaboration across teams, and maintaining a clean bakery workspace while performing basic maintenance on equipment.
