Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specializing in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.
The Role:
We are currently looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to partner with a 65-year-old male participant based in Casino, NSW.
Our participant has sustained a Traumatic Brain injury which has resulted in the loss of limb movement.
Our participant requires support from Monday to Sunday on the below times (please note: flexibility with shifts is required as shift times may be altered slightly depending on participant's needs).
Pay Rates:
Day - $***** per hour
Afternoon - $***** per hour
Saturday - $***** per hour




Sunday - $***** per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Assistance with domestic tasks including cleaning & meal preparation
Assistance with Health & Rehab exercises
Community access + rehab appointments
Assistance with personal care
Completing skin checks
Skills and Experience:
Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent
NDIS Effective Communication Module
Current National Police Clearance
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Current NDIS Worker Screen check
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Australian Driver License
Current WWCC
