About the role:
As aLeisure and Lifestyle Officeryou'll be part of an experienced, caring and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent's Care Services Maroochydore.
St Vincent's Care Services Maroochydoreis a modern, lifestyle-oriented aged care service located in a master-planned community precinct within walking distance of restaurants and shops centre on Queensland's famedSunshine Coast.
Things that work for us:
Certificate IV in Leisure and Health with 1 year experience is highly desirable.
Experience in an aged care facility, developing Leisure programs including working with dementia clients
Previous experience in managing small teams
Ability to be able to work minimum 6 shifts per fortnight on a permanent part time basis.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to follow directives as per care plan




Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
