What you'll actually be doing:
Running face-to-face campaigns at events, retail locations, and community activations across Brisbane — not standing behind a clipboard
Having real conversations that drive customer acquisition for household-name clients
Competing in daily and weekly team challenges where top performers are recognised publicly
Getting coached by leaders who started in the exact same role you're applying for
This is a field-based role — not a desk job, not a call centre.

The reality:This role isn't for everyone.
You'll be on your feet, talking to new people every day, and held to high standards.

We train you in everything else.
Requirements:You'll need to be available Monday to Friday, 35+ hours per week, with occasional weekends.
You'll need reliable transport to get across multiple Brisbane locations, and full Australian working rights.
