Disability Support Worker (Part-Time & Casual)

No two days are the same. You'll support participants to achieve their goals, develop independence and enjoy meaningful experiences within their community.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker you may be supporting participants to:
Community access and social outings
Gym, swimming and recreational activities
Cooking and meal preparation
Shopping and daily living skills
Building confidence and independence
Transport to appointments
Group programs and community activities
Supporting participants to achieve their NDIS goals
Completing progress notes and communicating with the wider team

About You

We're looking for people who are:
Compassionate and respectful
Reliable and trustworthy
Positive with a great attitude
Excellent communicators




Able to work independently and as part of a team
Passionate about supporting others
Willing to learn and grow professionally

Essential Requirements
Current Driver Licence
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Police check

Desirable
Previous disability, aged care or community services experience
