Production Workers
to join a well-established manufacturing facility located in
Kilsyth
.
This is an ongoing opportunity working Monday to Friday, with an initial review after 3 months.
What's on Offer?
$***** per hour + Super
Weekly pay
Monday to Friday roster
Approx.
6:30am - 2:30pm shift (final hours to be confirmed)
35-hour work week
Ongoing assignment with long-term potential

Key Responsibilities
Perform packaging operations manually and with production machinery
Load and unload components and finished products on production lines
Assist with resolving minor packaging and feed issues
Operate manufacturing and processing equipment safely and effectively




Maintain cleanliness of machinery, equipment, and work areas
Participate in workplace safety, hazard identification, and risk assessment activities
Complete basic production documentation and records
Use hand tools as required
Work collaboratively within a team environment
Maintain quality standards and take responsibility for your work output
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehousing, or packaging environment
Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
Good communication and numeracy skills
Basic computer literacy for data entry and production systems
Ability to follow instructions and work within established procedures
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
