About the role
We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our team at Castle Hill Toyota in Castle Hill, NSW.
This full-time position will be responsible for providing critical support to our Accounting team across multiple sites.
What you'll be doing
Costing and processing vehicle deals for multiple brands
Auditing deal packs to ensure compliance
Assisting with processing of CTP & Dealer Online transactions
Handling email enquiries from internal staff and managers
Reconciling account transactions and preparing analysis of accounts
Assisting the Accountant & Financial Controller on a day-to-day basis




Participating in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year experience in an accounts role (experience in Automotive Industry is an advantage)
Solid attention to detail
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
