As our Finance Officer, you'll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellence in everything from reconciliation to reporting.

This is more than a back-office role. You’ll be a valued part of a passionate, growing team, working from our Coffs Harbour or Port Macquarie office on a part-time6-month contract.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing invoices, billing, payments and reconciliations
Assisting with processing Home Care Package/Support at Home statements, including claims and reconciliations
Supporting cash flow management and assisting with ad hoc finance duties
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records
Collaborating with our National Finance team





What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Aged Care experience would be great, especially an understanding of Home Care Packages/Support at Home
Robust attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
Exceptional customer service skills and a flexible, solutions-focused attitude
