Knauf Australia is seeking a Customer Service Operator to join our team at Horsley Park. You will report to the Trade Store Manager and handle administration and direct customer service across phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities include data entry, email management, order picking/packing, and reporting customer issues. A forklift licence or willingness to obtain one is required, along with police check and pre-employment medical.
