Having opened our doors in ****, we are experiencing a period of growth, and we are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a keen eye for detail, and a passion for providing outstanding service to share in the fun.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative team setting, taking ownership of a small, but growing portfolio, with leasing, and trust accounting assistance provided.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants to build and maintain strong relationships.
Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections, and manage any follow up.
Efficiently coordinate property maintenance.
Monitor and manage rental arrears.
Carry out lease renewal negotiations and rent reviews.
Complete leasing inspections, and process applications with the assistance of team members.
Ensure all daily tasks in are carried out in compliance with current legislation.
What You Will Need
Current Queensland Certificate of Registration, and all CPD requirements met.
Current Driver's Licence, and legal right to work in Australia.




Knowledge and understanding of residential tenancy legislation, and compliance.
Ability to work independently, or in a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to learn and grow with the team.
A high level of attention to detail, and good problem solving skills.
Experience with industry software and confidence in learning new systems.
A positive attitude is absolutely essential!
