Job Summary
We are looking for ahands-on IAM Technical Lead.
This role focuses ontechnical leadership (non-people management)combined with stronghands-on operational supportacross IAM platforms.
The candidate will be responsible forincident resolution, problem management, and platform stabilityandproactive service improvementwhile acting as aSMEon key IAM technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Providetechnical leadership for IAM platforms(no people management responsibility)
Drivesolution design validation, troubleshooting support, and technical governance
Act as escalation point forcomplex IAM issues and integrations
Workhands-on on incidents, service requests, and problem tickets
Performdeep troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA)
Supportaccess provisioning issues, PAM onboarding, and integration failures
EnsureSLA adherence and operational stability
Lead and actively participate inpriority incident calls
Provide technical ownership duringMajor Incident Management (MIM)
Supportreal-time mitigation and post-incident RCA activities
Act as SME forCyberArk PAM and SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity Security Cloud




Identify and implementautomation and process improvements
Contribute torunbooks, SOPs, and knowledge management
Supportaudit, compliance, and remediation activities
Required Skills (Must Have)
Strong hands-on experience in:
CyberArk PAM(Vault, CPM, PSM, PSMP, CCP, Onboarding, Troubleshooting)
SailPoint IIQ / ISC(provisioning, aggregation, workflows, integrations)
Experience in:
Handlingpriority incidents and MIM calls
Strongtroubleshooting and debugging skills
Preferred Skills (Valuable to Have)
Experience withOkta (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management)
Knowledge ofJenkins / CI-CD pipelines / automation frameworks
Exposure to Cloud environments(Azure/AWS)andAPIs, scripting(PowerShell / REST)
Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work inhigh-pressure incident environments
Goodcommunication and stakeholder management
Highownership and accountability mindset
This isNOT a people management role

Candidate must be comfortableleading from the front during incidents
