The Co-Group Limited is seeking compassionate, resilient Support Workers to join our team in NSW.
You will provide person-centred support to participants living in Supported Independent Living (SIL), in community settings, and in-home environments.
You will work with individuals who have complex support needs and require confident, proactive, and skilled care.
To be considered, you must have a minimum of 2 years in disability support, relevant Certificate III or IV, First Aid/CPR, and NDIS
