Bellezza Espresso is seeking a passionate and motivated Pastry Chef to join our growing production kitchen team in Mansfield, QLD.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely alongside the owner in a hands-on environment with strong Italian heritage and influence, where you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and expand your skills within a fast-paced hospitality production business.
This role is based in our large-scale production pastry kitchen, preparing high-quality sweet and savoury items supplied across multiple Bellezza cafes throughout Brisbane CBD.
We are not a boutique pastry shop — this is a high-volume, consistent production environment suited to someone who enjoys working efficiently as part of a strong team.
The right candidate will have a genuine passion for cooking, pastries, and hospitality, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Formal pastry qualifications or certifications are not essential for the position — attitude, reliability, and passion are most important to us.
About the Role
Full-time position




Monday to Friday roster
Operational hours between 6:00am – 3:00pm
High-volume production kitchen
Prepare pastries, cakes, baked goods, desserts, and savoury items
Work collaboratively with the owner and kitchen team
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
Assist with product development and new ideas
What We're Looking For
Passion for food, pastry, and cooking
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Reliable and consistent team player
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred but not essential
No formal pastry certification required
