Marketing Specialist (Full-Time) – Ausgreen Solar Solutions, NSW & ACT Job Summary Ausgreen Solar Solutions is a renewable energy solutions provider operating across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory, specialising in the supply of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and energy efficiency products for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
The business provides tailored renewable energy solutions, technical product advice, and professional support to assist customers in adopting sustainable energy systems.
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.
This role is ideal for a creative and analytical marketing professional who enjoys developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing promotional activities, and supporting business growth within a growing renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's renewable energy products and services across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
Conduct market research to identify customer trends, market opportunities, competitor activities, and changes in consumer demand.
Analyse customer behaviour, industry trends, and market data to support marketing decisions and business growth strategies.
Develop and manage promotional campaigns across digital, social media, online platforms, and other marketing channels.
Create marketing materials,



including brochures, website content, presentations, newsletters, and promotional resources.
Manage digital marketing activities, including website updates, search engine optimisation (SEO), online advertising, and social media engagement.
Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and generate customer enquiries.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
Develop and maintain the company's brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across marketing channels.
Identify target customer segments and develop strategies to improve customer engagement and market reach.
Coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure marketing activities effectively support business objectives.
Monitor competitor marketing activities and provide insights to management regarding market positioning and opportunities.
Maintain records of marketing activities, budgets, campaign performance, and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Relevant qualification in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
Minimum one year of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Strong understanding of market research, customer analysis, and marketing principles.
Experience managing digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and online campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to analyse market data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing activities.
Creative, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
Willingness to develop industry knowledge in renewable energy and sustainability solutions.
