This 16-hour-per-week role offers flexibility in how hours are spread across 2–3 days, with a solid emphasis on shaping workplace culture and ensuring best practice HR processes.
You will manage onboarding, employment documentation, recruitment coordination, performance reviews, employee relations, and policy development.
