Dental Lab Technician — Digital Workflow Specialist
We’re seeking an experienced lab technician to join our busy implant practice. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a high‑volume digital workplace and takes pride in producing precision work.
About the role
You’ll be working closely with our clinical team on complex full‑arch implant cases, from digital design through to final delivery. The role spans the full digital workflow, with a focus on same‑day and next‑day turnaround for surgical and prosthetic deliverables.
What you’ll be doing
CAD/CAM design for full‑arch implant-supported restorations
3D printing of surgical guides, models, and provisional restorations
Titanium milling for bars, frameworks, and custom abutments
Managing digital case files from intraoral scans through to production
Liaising with clinicians on case planning and design approvals
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in digital dental lab work, particularly full‑arch implant cases
Proficiency with leading CAD software (exocad, 3Shape, or similar)
Hands‑on experience operating 3D printers and milling units, including titanium
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
A cooperative approach and willingness to engage directly with the clinical team
Experience with ceramics, staining and glazing preferred
Qualifications – Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or higher in Dental Technology (or equivalent).
Experience – Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental laboratory setting.
