Manola Pty Ltd is seeking a friendly detail-orientedAccounts Administratorto join our small team on aPermanent part-timebasis.
This job-share roleis 2 days per week - Monday & Wednesday(essential days), and is based inHornsby, NSW.As an Accounts Administrator, you will provide essential support to our accounting department, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded correctly and that our accounts are kept in valuable order.

Key responsibilities
Processing Accounts Payable invoices, credit card & expense entries
Accounts Receivable - including following up outstanding invoices
Entering and allocating payments
Sales order entry and approval
Providing a high level of Customer Service by phone and email
Setup and maintaining accurate customer & vendor account records




General administrative duties and ad-hoc projects
Managing vehicle insurances and registrations
Assisting with month-end and year-end procedures, including FBT
To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:
Experience working as an Accounts Administrator or in a similar accounting support role
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software packages
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Customer focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, working independently and as part of a team
Availability to work Monday & Wednesday, with flexibility to do extra days during busy periods or to cover leave (as required)
A Certificate level qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping or Finance is preferred
