Skills & Requirements
Minimum3 years' experienceoperating machinery in earthworks or civil construction
Proven ability to performsite preparation, excavation, trenching, and grading
Competent in thesafe and efficient operationof heavy machinery
HR Truck Licence, or willingness to obtain one
Robust understanding ofworksite safety, compliance, and operational procedures
Ability towork independentlyand as part of a team
Motivated, honest, reliable, and punctualwork ethic
Strong attention to detail and effective problem‐solving skills
Ability to followplans, instructions, and project specifications
