You'll:




Lead and inspire Membership Consultantsto hit targets and close sales.
Drive current membership growththrough strategy, local marketing, and prospecting.
Deliver resultsthrough KPIs, accountability, and high-performance energy.
Build a winning culturethat thrives on fun, fitness, and results.
Plan and execute lead generationincluding B2B, outreach, and community events.
Lead by exampleensuring to prospect and convert leads, make daily sales and contribute to the team's sales target and success.

Aproven sales leaderwith experience hitting and exceeding KPIs.
