You will play a key role in the firm's property practice, working on a broad range of matters and contributing to the continued growth and strategic development of the team.
The position offers significant autonomy, client interaction, and the opportunity to build and expand your practice within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Advising on a wide range ofcommercial and property law matters
Managingacquisitions and disposals,



development projects, and leasing
Maintaining and developing strongclient relationships
Contributing tobusiness development and practice growth
Mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate
About You
Senior Property Lawyerwith substantial post-admission experience
Strong technical expertise inproperty and commercial transactions
Excellent client management and communication skills
Demonstrated interest inpractice development and leadership
An existing client base or business development capability will be highly regarded
