The right person must be organised with excellent time management skills whilst enjoying the challenge of working in a supportive and progressive team environment.
Working alongside our senior property manager, leasing team & director, this is an ideal opportunity to deal in the prestigious Inner city property market and thrive.
The role:
A Monday to Friday role only (with WFH options), you as the Property Manager will take control of a portfolio of around 120 properties.
You will be given full support from administrators, accountants and our leasing team and your only focus is to run this portfolio in a sound professional way.
Repairs & maintenance management
Arrears management
In/outgoing and routine inspections
Client relationship management
Liaising with landlords
Attending tribunal, dispute resolution
The ideal candidate will have:




Minimum of 1-3 years Property Managers experience
'Propertyme' experience preferred but happy to train you
Knowledge of 'Propertyme' (or similar system)
A focus on delivering excellent service
Sound attention to detail & prompt communication skills
